Most of the time, my day is divided into meetings. It’s a mix of weekly meetings peppered with a couple of strategic ones. They can be quite diverse, from spending time with RATIONALE Founder and Director of Research, Richard Parker, and the Research Team, to working with our Creative Team and meeting regularly with our General Manager of Strategy. 

I love working with the teams, learning from their experiences, and always staying curious about processes, roadblocks, and collaborative solutions. The challenge of a growing business excites me, and I thrive on the synergy of working together towards a common goal.

With very similar principles! I try and provide a little structure; I give them the space to make decisions themselves and be there to support and push in the right ways.
