A RATIONALE dollar value Gift Card or eGift Card can be redeemed at any RATIONALE Flagship in Australia, or online at RATIONALE.com for the purchase of eligible products or treatments. They are not redeemable via David Jones or any of our affiliated medical clinics or agencies. 

A RATIONALE Treatment Gift Card or eGift Card can only be redeemed at a RATIONALE Flagship in Australia for the corresponding treatment listed on the Card. Please call (03) 9421 1535 for more information. It is not redeemable for treatments via David Jones or any of our affiliated medical clinics or agencies. 

RATIONALE Gift Cards or eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. 

RATIONALE Gift Cards or eGift Cards are non refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or a cash refund and are not able to be reloaded.

Any unused balance will be placed in the user's Gift Card or eGift Card account. It cannot be transferred to other users. 

RATIONALE Gift Cards or eGift Cards expires 36 months from the date of purchase. Any balance remaining after this time will not be available for use, except as required under law. 

RATIONALE Gift Cards or eGift Cards and their use are subject to the RATIONALE general terms and conditions. RATIONALE reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion. 

RATIONALE is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards or eGift Cards. 

RATIONALE retains the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card or eGift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases online at rationale.com or in one of our RATIONALE Flagships. 

RATIONALE can provide Gift Card or eGift Cards purchasers with information about the redemption status of RATIONALE Gift Cards or eGift Cards or you can check your balance online at rationale.com/customer-care/gift-card-balance
