Existing clients can sign up for a unique link to share with friends to receive $75* off their first purchase. Your referred friend will need to follow your unique link to register themselves and then they will have 30 days to make purchase with the unique code. Once your friend has made their purchase, you will receive a code to receive $75* off your next RATIONALE purchase. Your friend must be a new client to RATIONALE. *A minimum spend of $100 applies for both orders.
Your $75 voucher can be used on all products and treatments*, both online and in flagship stores. It cannot be used on Gift Cards, E-Gift Cards, or the *Signature Skin Consultation, and can't be combined with any other offer.
You will receive an email notification letting you know that your friend has made their purchase, entitling you to receive your reward code of $75 off your next RATIONALE purchase.
At this time, there are no limits to how many loved ones you refer to RATIONALE.
Unfortunately, any cancelled orders will invalidate the reward and you will not be eligible to redeem your referral reward code.

No, the Referral Program is for new clients being introduced to RATIONALE. Your referred friend must be making their first purchase with RATIONALE for you to be rewarded.
Our program system includes checks to ensure referral are genuine, for example, referrals must be new clients with unique email addresses and shipping details. If certain criteria are not met, the referral may not validate. If you believe there is a mistake, please contact our Client Services Team who can investigate further.
The Referral Reward is only valid for new referrals made from 20 July 2026. Any existing referral treatments (accrued under the old program structure) that are currently booked in the system will be honoured, until 31 October 2026.
