EU customers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible, items must be returned unopened. This right is protected under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. T&Cs apply.

This withdrawal form is available to customers located in the European Union only. If you are outside the EU, please refer to our standard returns policy.
You must submit your withdrawal request within 14 days of your order being delivered. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.
Products that remain unopened and sealed are eligible for withdrawal.
Items must be returned in their original condition — sealed, unused, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a withdrawal if goods are returned in an unsatisfactory condition. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
