Deliver top-tier training and education to Flagship Teams and Medical Agency partners, working within the RATIONALE Syllabus Framework. Reporting to the National Training Manager, you will create and deliver engaging learning materials while collaborating with various departments to enhance skincare recommendations and treatment offerings. The role involves regular travel to build relationships, provide individual and group training, and ensure all stakeholders are well-equipped to recommend RATIONALE products and treatments effectively.

The Flagship Manager role will see you leading your team to success through effective coaching and development to deliver exceptional Client experiences, and build a high-performing team capable of reaching and exceeding sales targets. 

A passionate and experienced Assistant Manager to support in leading our Flagships, who can develop their team through mentorship and coaching, whilst meeting business goals and demonstrating operational excellence.
