You will handle break/fix and configuration issues, software installations, and hardware repairs while ensuring exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will support broader IT projects affecting the IT Service Desk function, reflecting RATIONALE's values in every interaction.
Regional Educator
Deliver top-tier training and education to Flagship Teams and Medical Agency partners, working within the RATIONALE Syllabus Framework. Reporting to the National Training Manager, you will create and deliver engaging learning materials while collaborating with various departments to enhance skincare recommendations and treatment offerings. The role involves regular travel to build relationships, provide individual and group training, and ensure all stakeholders are well-equipped to recommend RATIONALE products and treatments effectively.
Research Chemist
Leads innovative product development from formulation through scaling, ensuring timelines are met. This role involves driving process and formula improvements as well as developing effective scale-up strategies.
Production Supervisor
You will oversee the efficient operation of all in-house manufacturing processes and support external production, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration across the Supply Chain. Additionally, you'll lead the Production Operation Teams, managing schedules, tasks, training, and fostering a safe, inclusive work environment.
Digital Coordinator
You will be responsible for continually developing a best-in-class online sales experience for RATIONALE Clients across the globe. Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, this role is focused is on delivering a rich and engaging digital experience in line with RATIONALE's vision for our consumer experience. They will take ownership and maintain the suite of RATIONALE global online store content requirements and updates, inclusive of onsite merchandising.
