The Accountant will be a key conduit between the Finance Manager, the broader Finance Team, as well as with the wider RATIONALE business.

This role will see you being the primary contact for the Finance Team’s accounting and finance queries, regarding regulatory and external and internal compliance matters.

These responsibilities will be coupled with supporting the Finance Manager with strategic initiatives and advisory items such audit, tax, GST/BAS and budgeting and forecast planning for the organisation to assist in the future growth of RATIONALE.

Deliver top-tier training and education to Flagship Teams and Medical Agency partners, working within the RATIONALE Syllabus Framework. Reporting to the National Training Manager, you will create and deliver engaging learning materials while collaborating with various departments to enhance skincare recommendations and treatment offerings. The role involves regular travel to build relationships, provide individual and group training, and ensure all stakeholders are well-equipped to recommend RATIONALE products and treatments effectively.

Leads innovative product development from formulation through scaling, ensuring timelines are met. This role involves driving process and formula improvements as well as developing effective scale-up strategies.
