Learn More About Taylah

Taylah Hampton is RATIONALE’s National Education Manager and a respected authority in menopausal and perimenopausal skin health, having led our pioneering study, RATIONALE Research Presents: Reclaiming Radiance. With over 15 years’ experience across Australia, Canada, and the UK, she brings a rare blend of scientific insight and practical expertise to clinician and therapist education.

At RATIONALE, Taylah oversees the training and development of Skin Therapists and Agency Partners — including dermatologists, nurses, dermal clinicians, and aesthetic practitioners — elevating capability through immersive, evidence-led education.

“It was a privilege to connect with each of these women — to witness their experiences firsthand and understand how they navigated menopause and perimenopause.”

Her deep interest in the dermato-endocrinology connection led to the authorship of a 90-day clinical trial, now a peer-reviewed and published study on menopausal skin. Taylah is known for translating complex science into practical, results-driven training, delivered with empathy and clarity.

She also pioneered the RATIONALE Skin Masterclass program, now a core experience across Flagship and Agency networks, uniting client education with meaningful commercial impact.

Reclaiming radiance isn’t just about skin — it’s about helping women feel confident and seen at every stage of life.”

When it comes to the Reclaiming Radiance study, what are you most proud of?

So many things. What stands out most is the extraordinary level of care demonstrated by our Flagship Teams. They went above and beyond to ensure every client felt genuinely supported at every touchpoint. While the skin results were exceptional, the true achievement was the human impact — creating an experience where each participant felt seen, heard, and deeply valued.

You’ve described this as a career highlight. Why has the study meant so much to you?

Because of the meaning behind it. Connecting personally with each participant and understanding their individual journeys through menopause — and the skin changes that accompany it — reinforced something I’ve always believed in: the power of human connection. Through consultation, we create space to listen, share, and truly understand. No modality or technology can ever replicate the impact of being truly heard.

What’s something you’d like women to know about their skin health during perimenopause and beyond?

Our hormones and skin share a beautifully intricate connection. Learning what your skin needs at each stage of life can be deeply empowering — and it’s something you don’t have to navigate on your own.
