Women typically enter perimenopause between 45 and 47, a phase that can last 4–10 years. As oestrogen and progesterone fluctuate, skin—rich in oestrogen receptors—changes noticeably. Did you notice any changes in how your skin looked, felt or behaved over the 90 days?

Since completing the trial, how has your skin been responding and have you continued to use any of the formulations?
“My skin has continued to feel balanced, hydrated, and radiant. I’m still using many of the products and will continue to in my daily routine. I absolutely love the smell of them too the natural essential oils really make the ritual feel special every morning and night.”
