Which facials are suitable for pregnancy/breastfeeding?

All of our facial treatments are suitable for pregnancy and breastfeeding, and we are able to accommodate adjustments for the treatment bed set-up to help make your experience even more comfortable. During this life stage, however, we do always recommend that you speak with your medical practitioner, should you have any questions or concerns.

Which facials are suitable for skin changes experienced in Menopause?

All of our facial treatments are suitable for this life stage (including peri- and post-menopause); however, we find that clients experiencing hormonal skin changes often benefit most from The EpiNova Facial, as each step can be customised to suit your unique skin needs. Alternatively, our Signature Consultation is a wonderful way to better understand your skin’s evolving needs and explore the products best suited to you. This includes a 30-minute introductory treatment. During this life stage, we always recommend consulting your medical practitioner if you have any questions or concerns.

Which facial is best for targeting fine lines and wrinkles?

The EpiNova Facial or The Express EpiNova Facial are both ideal options for addressing concerns of fine lines and wrinkles.

Which facial is best for targeting dryness and dehydration?

The Restorative Calming Facial, The PhotoGenic Facial, The EpiNova Facial or The Express EpiNova Facial are all wonderful options for addressing concerns of dryness and dehydration.

Which facial is best for targeting pigmentation?

The Multi-Vitamin Brightening Facial is our recommended treatment for addressing concerns of pigmentation, with The Express EpiNova Facial being a wonderful, time-conscious alternative.

Which facial is best for targeting blemishes and congestion?

Our signature treatment, The PhotoGenic Facial and The Express EpiNova Facial are both great options for targeting blemishes and congestion.

Which facial is best for targeting sensitivity?

We recommend either The CryoGenic Cooling Facial or The Restorative Calming Facial for targeting visible signs of redness, irritation or sensitivity.

Do you have any modality-free facials?

Yes, The Restorative Calming Facial is an exclusively hands-on treatment experience that does not employ modalities. It is ideal for those clients seeking a sense of calm and relaxation.

How early should I arrive to my appointment?

We advise arriving 5-10mins before your appointment in order to meet with your therapist and complete your consent form ahead of your scheduled start time.

I’ve recently had wrinkle-relaxing injections/dermal fillers, how soon can I have a facial?

For any procedures involving wrinkle-relaxing injections or dermal fillers, we are unable to perform facial treatments within two weeks following your appointment. This is to ensure your results are not compromised. Please keep this in mind when booking to avoid disappointment.

I’ve recently had fractional/non-fractional ablative laser, how soon can I have a facial?

Depending on the type of laser used, we may be unable to perform any facial treatments within three months of your procedure. For non-fractional ablative CO₂ or Er:YAG lasers, we require clearance with written consent from your medical practitioner to ensure your results are not compromised. Please keep this in mind when booking to avoid disappointment. The Express Light Therapy Facial is a 45-minute treatment that utilises Healite II to promote cellular recovery and reduce inflammation. Depending on your skin journey, this facial can be a great option to support the skin and bridge the gap between treatments.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We do require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of your appointment. Please advise the Flagship by phone or email within this timeframe as a courtesy. This is to help support our teams – and allow any waitlisted clients to utilise a last-minute availability
