Rebecca
Senior Flagship Manager
I had been a beauty therapist for 10 years before joining RATIONALE. I started by overseeing our Balmain and David Jones Flagships, assisting in driving the Treatment spaces and Client experiences. Recently, I had the privilege of taking on our wonderful Mosman Team and our Flagship in Subiaco, which allowed me to travel and expand my horizons. This has been a wonderful way to further build my skill set and I am so proud to work for a brand that values its team and places emphasis on personal development.
I often start my day in one Flagship, and finish in another. I am constantly in touch with all of my Teams whether it be in person, via an online meeting, or over the phone. My days consist of writing reports, attending meetings, coaching the teams, performing Facial Treatments, inducting new Team Members, and training Therapists in the Treatment spaces. In my role, I need to wear many hats, so I need to be agile.

Assistant Flagship Manager
My experience with RATIONALE started as a Client at the Armadale Flagship. I had finished my Diploma of Beauty Therapy and was working on obtaining my Bachelor of Dermal Science Degree when an opportunity presented itself. I began my career as a Skin Therapist and I’m now the Assistant Flagship Manager. I thrive on educating myself, fellow Team Members and Clients on the benefits of RATIONALE and how to achieve our iconic, luminous glow!
My day starts with a morning stroll with Winnie, my gorgeous little toy poodle, followed by breakfast. I start the day by leading a Morning Huddle alongside my Flagship Manager, which is always a meaningful time for our Team to connect and prepare for the day. My days involve administration, operation responsibilities, performing Client Treatments, running the consultancy floor, and spending time supporting and developing our incredible Team. After work, it’s either drinks and nibbles with my friends, a Pilates class, or heading home to relax and pamper myself with our #1 The Mask.
I love being a part of the Armadale Team every day! Being part of a dedicated, talented, and positive team makes working such a joy! Another highlight is our Annual Retail Conference in our Global Kyneton HQ. It was lovely to connect with our interstate Flagships and to hear from keynote speakers, particularly Richard Parker, who always inspires us with his knowledge and passion for skin.

Senior Skin Specialist (Education Booster)
I’ve been part of RATIONALE for over five years now, but my journey with the brand began long before I joined. I was first introduced to RATIONALE while studying, where I had the incredible opportunity to meet Richard Parker and his team. From that moment on, I knew I’d found the place I wanted to be.
After graduating, I spent several years in a medical clinic, building my knowledge and deepening my understanding of skin. I knew that when I joined RATIONALE, I wanted to bring a wealth of experience and confidence to my role, and I’m so grateful that I did.
I began my RATIONALE journey as a Skin Therapist before progressing to Senior Skin Therapist, where my passion for education really came to life. Now, as an Education Specialist, I’m able to combine my love for treating clients with mentoring and training our teams — supporting their development, facilitating education and events, and empowering them to feel confident in delivering luminous results to our clients.
My day always starts with two essentials: my ritual and a coffee.
From there, every day looks a little different. Some days I’m in Flagship, treating our wonderful clients and supporting their skin transformation journeys, on others, I’m travelling to other Flagships to facilitate education sessions on skin health, formulations, and treatments.
No matter where I am, I love creating meaningful connections with our Skin Therapists and helping them feel confident and inspired.
One of my biggest highlights has been stepping into my Education Specialist role. Being able to mentor and support our Skin Therapists, and then watching their confidence and skills grow over time, has been incredibly rewarding.
I’ve also loved the opportunity to co-host client events and bring RATIONALE’s philosophy to life in an immersive and inspiring way — connecting with clients, sharing knowledge, and creating memorable experiences.
Lauren Campbell
Senior Skin Therapist
I completed my Advanced Diploma of Beauty Therapy in 2007 and have been incorporating facial treatments and massage into holistic healthcare ever since. As a Naturopath and Skin Therapist, I was drawn to RATIONALE due to the holistic topical nutrition approach to skin health and their strong focus on individualised client care. After trying a skincare ritual myself, I had to work with this amazing company, and in 2020, I started as a RATIONALE Skin Therapist at the Emporium Flagship. RATIONALE has always been incredibly supportive, so when it came time to pivot—with a baby on the way and a move to regional Victoria—I was able to transition to the Kyneton HQ as an Online Client Service Advisor. In this role, I drew on my consulting experience to support clients via Zoom across Australia and internationally. In early 2025, I felt the pull to return to in-person, luxury facial treatments and made the move back to my flagship home at Emporium as a Senior Skin Therapist.
My day starts with a journey into the CBD and then I prep to ensure everything is ready for a seamless experience with my clients. I like to create a relaxed, grounded vibe in Flagship to ensure our clients are immediately at peace from the moment they walk in the door and throughout their treatment, allowing them to float out the door uplifted and renewed at the conclusion of their appointment. My day can be a mix of 90-minute facials, express treatments, signature consultations, client outreach and skin reviews. I love my team; we work together to make the day joyful and support each other between treatments.
After work, I’m usually home in time for story time with my daughter before putting my feet up. You’ll find me unwinding by binge-watching a TV show, reading a health book, settling into my skincare ritual by the fire, or indulging in a little self-care with #1 The Mask.
We have wonderful conferences where we engage with leaders in the field of skin science, including the incredible Richard Parker, who always expands and inspires our minds. Our Christmas parties are always a highlight—filled with incredible food and plenty of fun. Beyond that, it’s the everyday moments that stand out most: our beautifully warm and friendly clients, and the passionate, talented teams I get to work alongside. They say that when you’re doing what you love, you never ‘work’ a day in your life—and that’s exactly how it feels when you’re in flow at Flagship.
As a Gemini, I change my ritual almost daily, but this is a staple I love.
